Discipline is the main issue in every school that how to maintain it?
Discipline is providing an environment in which positive teaching and positive learning can occur simultaneously.There are a number of ways in which a teacher can promote good discipline in the classroom.
1.Know school guidelines for discipline procedures.
2.Get to know your students. Learn their names quickly and use them in and out of class.
3.Begin class on time and in a businesslike manner.
4.Never use threats to enforce discipline.
5.Treat students with the same respect you expect from them. Be mobile, walking around the room as students work or respond to instruction.
